Everybody experiences disappointment from time to time. But complaining never helps. Bemoaning what’s already happened just feeds energy to something that makes you feel bad. Don’t confuse talking about what’s wrong with doing something about it. Complaining bottles up the negative energy and pollutes others with the contagious concoction. Next time something’s wrong and you want to improve it – don’t just talk about it…
