Anger can arise when what’s happening in the moment is not what you expect or think should be happening. While anger sometimes motivates you, it also diminishes your effectiveness and obscures what is from clear vision. You can’t see the entirety of what’s going on when you’re too focused on what you don’t like. The way to find balance is to look for what’s right. When you see that very few situations are entirely wrong, you’ll find fewer reasons to be angry.
