Sometimes the best thing you can do during a rough patch is stop focusing on the problem. Turn your awareness to things that are working. It doesn’t matter if it’s a health issue, heartache or financial trouble. Withdraw the concerned and fearful energy that’s created when focusing on the problem and substitute for it the positive energy that’s generated when you focus on (whatever you consider to be) the good stuff. Just as a limb weakens and dies when it no longer gets sap from the tree, your problems wither without your attention.
