Anger is a natural reaction to unwanted, unexpected or fearful circumstances. The feeling¬†originates in the primitive part of the brain which is concerned with survival. Acknowledging when we’re angry is an absolute requirement for maintaining a healthy emotional life, but acting from anger doesn’t help. In fact, it almost always makes us feel physically taxed and emotionally regretful.
