We often blame others for how we feel. But, what if our feelings have nothing to do with the current situation? What if they are caused by old programming that no longer serves our well being? What if, instead of projecting blame outward, we just noticed the unpleasant feelings arising and saw the situation as a chance to heal an old wound by feeling the sensations? Rather than seeing the other as an adversary, we could see them as someone bringing us a gift…
