While all feelings need not be acted on, they do need to be felt. Notice when you have the urge to push or escape from the unpleasant ones. They won’t just go away because whatever you resist, will persist. However, when you experience them with your conscious awareness by acknowledging and feeling them as sensations in your body, you’re freeing them from the recesses of your mind and allowing them to fly right out of your life. It’s a simple truth…and it rhymes:
