Fabulous entertainment is free and easy to find: waves crashing on the beach, a bird’s reflection in the water, a walk in the woods, an invigorating hike, pushing the edge of your ability, a great conversation, the sound of a baby laughing, listening to the wisdom of an elder, hanging out with your cat on the couch, a cup of warm tea on a rainy day, your favorite song from high school, a great meal, a piece of hot, buttered bread, a delicious dessert, a good joke, puffy white clouds.
