Spiraling Upward

Jan 16 2011

If you feel upset over a criticism, it’s probably because you have the same judgment about yourself. If you think you’re too tall and someone says you’re too tall, you might feel bad. However, if you like your height, you won’t be bothered. Realizing that your reaction has to do with your own self-perception helps move you out of a powerless victim stance and into greater self-acceptance. The more you love and accept yourself, the better you feel, the better you feel, the more others will love and accept you. It’s an upward spiral.

Care to go for a spin?

Merci
